THE PLOT:
The discovery of a strange humanoid creature in the ice was being transported by airplane. The creature is a human looking
woman when she's warm, this creature hates heat and thrives on cold.
The asigned pilot was murdered and the killer is out to steal the discovery of a century. But while the Doctor and the
killer argued the heating unit that kept her warm malfuntioned and the Ice Queen shows her true colors, blue. She kills the
pilot. Causing the plane to crash, which results in a massive avalanche. Burying a ski resort.
Fortunately it was closed for the season and there was only a handful of employees left inside. But now trapped under
tons of snow with a monster that wants them frozen. Can they escape the icy grip of death?
ZEDD'S OPINION:
My only comaplint is when one of the survivors who was outside at the time and survived by jumping into an unlocked car called
for help they didn't believe him. Like he was drunk or something. I thought these people had equipment that messured if
there was an avalanche and if so where. Someone is going to get sued over this I tell you what. But I liked the Ice Queen
and I for a party of one would like to see an ICE QUEEN 2. I give it....8 STARS
VOLTRON'S OPINION:
I got to agree with Zedd on the whole avalanche thing, I would sue them if I was there and survived or if I was a relative
of one of the people that died afterwords. Anyway, the whole thing with Elaine and Toni and Johnny got annoying. Like this
was the time and place to argue over if Johnny had a one night stand with Elaine or not. I didn't quite like it as much
as Zedd did, I give it...5 STARS.
ON THE POSITIVE SIDE (+ HITS):
+ MONSTER EFFECTS (THe ice queen was really cool to look at)
+ STORY (The story worked, very well)
+ CAST (The acting could have been better, but it could have been worse)
+ PART 2 (Looking forward to part 2)
+ FUN (It was fun to watch)
ON THE NEGATIVE SIDE (- MISSES):
- EMERGENCY CALL (All calls no matter who they are from must be taken seriously)
- EMERGENCY EQUIPMENT (What happened to the computer that suppose to pick up avalanches?)
AND FIANLLY...
- LOVE TRIANGLE (Was being buried alive the time to bring up a love triangle?)
